Ajudando a anatomia.

Diversos elementos nos meus poucos dias aqui me fizeram lembrar o Brasil, minha Bahia querida e a minha infancia. O ultimo deles foi o banheiro da white house. Muito mais higienico, pois o contato eh feito apenas com os pes obviamente calcados, gasta-se menos agua e eh anatomiamente mais favoravel. Na roca de tio Macedo, onde passamos algumas ferias na infancia havia um assim, um pouco menos sofisticado, mas utilizando o mesmo principio. Era um quadrado cercado de lona preta, com um buraco bem fundo e estreito no meio, uma tabua para apoiar os pes, e um toco bem fixado no chao, para ajudar a apoiar as maos. Ao lado uma pa para coletar terra e um pouco de CaO, que ajudava a neutralizar os odores. No banheiro da white house nao se usa papel, ha uma torneira ao lado para fazer a higienizacao, neste caso, preferi nao emergir tanto na cultura local.

Helping anatomy.

Several elements in my few days here reminded me Brazil, my dear Bahia and my childhood. The last of them was the bathroom of the white house. Much more hygienic as contact is done only with the feet obviously footwear, spends less water and is anatomically more favorable. In my uncle Macedo`s farm, where we spent some vacation in childhood there was one a little less sophisticated, but using the same principle. It was a square surrounded by black plastic, with a deep and narrow hole in the middle, one plank to support the feet, and a pole securely fastened to the ground, to help support their hands. Beside a paddle to collect soil and some CaO, which helped neutralize the odors. In the bathroom of the white house not using paper, there is a tap on the side to do the cleaning.
